Background
I’m a consulting entrepreneur, systems architect, and founder of The CMS Consultant. I’ve spent more than two decades building secure, clarity‑driven web systems for individuals, small businesses, and organizations across North America. My work blends technical depth with a focus on user experience, stability, and long‑term maintainability.
I began programming at age nine, teaching myself QBasic and later Visual Basic before moving into PHP, JavaScript, and modern WordPress application development. Over the years, I’ve built custom dashboards, calculators, workflow engines, and security‑focused infrastructure for clients who need more than a template—they need a system that works.
Professional Focus
My consulting practice centers on:
- WordPress application development
- Security hardening and layered defense
- Performance and infrastructure tuning
- Workflow and UX clarity
- Troubleshooting and rescue projects
- Custom business logic and calculators
I also build clarity‑focused tools and SaaS products, including My Knowledge Engine, DirectiveOS, MyToDoLists.online, and RideIncomeCalculator.org. These tools reflect my philosophy: systems should be simple, stable, and empowering.
Approach
I believe in building systems that defend, deliver, and drive clarity. Every project is approached with a focus on:
- Security first
- Clean architecture
- Clear communication
- Fast turnaround
- Long‑term reliability
My goal is to give clients confidence—not just in their website, but in the systems that support their business.
Today
I’m based in the Greater Toronto Area with roots in Peterborough, Ontario. My work spans consulting, product development, and helping clients build digital systems that are stable, secure, and easy to understand.
